quit bitching about gas prices and be thankful we aren't paying $5/gal or more like most countries

I'll second that!! Just got back from vacation up to the Canadian Rockies--and if you think our gas prices are high, try the prices in Canada. It is $1.16 per liter (.90 Can per US dollar and 3.8 liters per gallon--do the math).

3.8 X 1.16 X .9 = cost/gal in US dollars.

And, prices have dropped to below $2.30 per gallon in my area, just in time for opening weekend and my 114 mile drive to the ranch.

I went fishing with my brother this past weekend at Delvalle reservoir in Livermore, Ca. He told me there are two pair of bald eagles there. I didn't really believe him but then one flew right over our boat and landed in a tree off the shore. I took a couple pics from far away. First time I had ever seen a live bald eagle.
