Best taxidermist for Leopard mount???
I will be hunting Zim next year, hoping to finally get my cat with Wayne Grant.
I want the perfect mount, and so far I have yet to see a mount with a lifelike-looking face and a natural, supple-looking body. Any suggestions for someone here in the states who specializes in cats?

It's going to be very hard to beat Artworks Taxidermy in Colorado. Here's the address to one of their galleries:

And so if you meet a hunter who has been to Africa, and he tells you what he has seen and done, watch his eyes as he talks. For they will not see you. They will see sunrises and sunsets such as you cannot imagine, and a land and a way of life that is fast vanishing. And always he will will tell you how he plans to go back. (author: David Petzer)

Shawn Andres at Alpine Artistry in Ravalli, Montana does a great job on leopards. He normally is mounting or finishing one when I stop into his place.
Phone for Shawn is 406-726-3120

Mink and Wall Tents don't go together. Especially when you are sleeping in the Wall Tent.

Here's the link to the mount Richard did for me, not too far away from NYC either which would allow you to be involved with the design if desired.

I would give Dave Noem a try. I have seen a photo of his leopard and it looks alive....prices are not out of line IMO.

We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!
