I just got my trophies back from RSA and the horns don't look like what I remembered (but it was a while ago). They look black and cracked.

Can someone help me? Maybe with a close-up picture of the horns of a finished mount?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!

They have been over boiled and painted, if it's not mounted yet your taxidermist should be able to get them back to the way they were when you shot him. Show him your kill shots and he can go from there.
