billinthewildI lived most of my life in Tucson, Arizona, home of the Safari Club, and was a very early member. I knew C.J. McElroy, and visited him at his home and trophy room several times. I have also visited the SCI headquarters and museum where his trophies are now all on display, on many occasions. And the museum and McElroy's trophy collections are truly wonderful things for a hunter to see and enjoy, and the manner in which they area presented is magnificent.
But they have nothing on Senor Sodiro. The sheer number of animals and species is amazing, and the way he has presented them, without fan fare, and without grand dioramas, loses nothing. If you are in Cordoba it is worth a visit. What we can show you in photos leave so much behind. I will try to post a few more over the next day or so.
