Geez Butch, you should put some of those out at the club!

Can you and Dianne even walk in that house?

Butch,

If I come to Minn-a-so-ta I want an invite to the museum. I've been so good to you I expect a dinner out at the local hot dish emporium.

Local hot dish emporium? That sounds nasty.

I'm not going to comment on the animals...except to say no comment. Wink

yukon

I'm attacking Butch's cultural roots even though he claims to be Scotchish and not Swedish. In Minnesota anything in a caserole dish is HOT DISH. Sweede's are....well Swedes.

Butch,

You are the quite the gourmet. Yah! You betcha! I was expecting perhaps at least I HOP!!!!

Well Mark, as another Minnesotan, and one with Norwegian ancestry...

Your choice is "hot dish"

or

Lutefisk.

See why so many go for hot dish.....

:-P

Up here it's things like fish bellies, moose nose soup, muktuk (whale skin), stink eggs and any number of oddities.

You say that like it's a negative thing. Smiler

Being a Swede myself, I was told alot of stories about our heritage.
Like the story about the war between the Swedes and the Norwegiens........The Norwegians stood at their border and tossed hand grenades over at the Swedes......the Swedes just pulled the pins and tossed them back. dancing
