Has anyone here seen the 1960 Robert Mitchum movie Home from the Hill? Mitchum's character, Capt. Wade Hunnicutt, has a pretty cool trophy room, equipped with a few hunting dogs and a huge fireplace (with a nice boar over the mantel) A friend recommended this movie to me, based upon a hog hunting scene where Hunnicutt's son (played by a young George Hamilton) earns his "stripes" (so to speak). But, the trophy room really appealed to me the most (and is also the setting for the best scene in the movie). Anyway, just curious if any of you have seen it. I recommend it if you have not seen it, as it has [almost] the perfect trophy room for me. -eric " . . . a gun is better worn and with bloom off---So is a saddle---People too by God." -EH | ||
