Nice bruin, good color good size.

On another note next bruin you do (and not putting down this one) but try doing it closed mouth. A lot of folk I knwo really like it.

Just a thought

Beautiful bruin, how'd you take him? On your own? Bait or spot and stalk?

Every year, on the first weekend in may, i spend a day branding cattle at my buddies ranch. The evening before branding, we round up all the cattle, ready for the morning. After the roundup one of the guys decided to go spotting for a couple of hours before sunset, and my friend and I went for supper with my family. later on, i get a phone call. "hey, i spotted a nice bear so you wanna fill your Bear tag???" Hell yeah,i said, so we rushed out where we tought he spotted that bear. We get to the spot and see a huge bear. Turns out it was a Grizzly feeding on a carcass.

Upon finding this out, we called our spotter friend. Turns out we were going in the wrong direction and spotted a different BEAR.

So we finallty get to the correct spot saw the Bear and took him down with one shot. SAKO 300 WSM about 60 yards.

here is a pick of where i shot the bear
