I really like the pedestals the tusks mount on, Who did those for you? Was it the taxi or a custom wood shop.

Awesome trophy room Todd.

I like the zebra rug on the wall as a backdrop for your heads.

I almost forgot about getting back on the paint color. It's Sherwin Williams 6382 Ceremonial Gold.

Fishdog, the pedestals were done by a custom wood shop hired by the taxidermist, so a little of both to answer your question.

Mike, yep, definitely more room is in the cards somewhere down the line.

Thanks again all for the nice comments. Lots of great memories in that room.

I actually quite like the paint colour. It makes the mounts pop I think. tu2

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Thanks for sharing Todd. All you need now is a Liger to add to add to the collection.

It is a color I wouldn't have thought of using, but it's not bad at all.

I have seen a lot that were kind of a light reddish brown. Looked a little too art deco for me.

I prefer off-white walls, but everyone is a critic.

There are only a few big game animals that are solid white, and they can always be placed on dark paneling.
