Exceptional in every respect. I like the barn and totem poles best.

What is your carving method? Fordom, chase hammer or intarsia?

I can only stretch it out to 600 yards on flat ground. BOOM

As for the carving method. I do a lot of power carving using a dremel tool & also knives, however the majority of the totem poles were carved using only simple wood chisels & a mallet.

I like this very much. When the animals decorate the entire home they become that home. I don't get the feeling that is so when all are crammed into one special trophy room. That is nice, yes, but it is not the home, it is just a room in the home.
My opinion matters only to me, so don't take it personal and go on the attack. I'm too sensitive.
Cheers, all.
Cal

Did a little rearranging and got my 2015 whitetail buck up on the wall in the den. Killed here on my farm in north Alabama, unofficial score 174. Will probably get him scored for Boone & Crockett at some point.

Beautiful home Andy, and those arrowheads really give that room a unique look. Having seen some of your custom Turkey calls, did you ever recreate any of your African horn calls? Those were well deserving of the accolades you won. Now you need to join me next year and pull your bow back on a Sable Smiler
Cheers, David

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
