Classy, understated and tasteful presentation. The trophies aren't crowded and they're arranged by region. Love the wood and the rugs!

Thanks to everyone for the positive comments.

Since I last posted, we've made some more progress. Friday, we took delivery on eland, waterbuck, and cape buff shoulder mounts as well as whitetail and tahr full body mounts. Those have been hung and placed and pics follow.

We've also done some rearranging and I've moved my desk. I also picked up three more antique Persian rugs for a song at an auction three weeks ago. They've been placed as you'll see in the new pics.

The only finishing items at this point are (1) cape buff and two leopards in progress, (2) a TV to mount under the CA Savannah Buff, (3) a couch/loveseat for TV viewing/reading/relaxing, and (4) plantation shutters for the two windows.

The best whitetail to date from my farm:

Tahr from the hardest hunt I've ever done:

Nice detail on the rock:

Cape Buff that charged, SVC, Zim, 2009:

Eland and Waterbuck:

New desk position:

Reshuffle of some plains game heads:

View toward desk, couch and loveseat to be added in foreground soon:

Opposite side of room, the "deer side":

Will, this is so nicely done, it's almost enough to make me need counsel! If I'm ever down south, I'll have to inquire about your fees (for scotch, that is!) Wink.
