Nicely done. What kind of wood is that? It looks like Brazilian rosewood veneer.

Pure Class! The crisp, clean linear design is very reminiscent of one of my favorite architects, Frank Lloyd Wright. From the rich color palette to the symmetrical placement of the mounts on the perimeter of the room....simple, pure class!!

Very appropriate and impressive. That is one of the few places I have seen that a long meeting would be good.

What are those blue remembered hills,
What spires, what farms are those?
That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

Screw the sofa's and the pillows, mounts and wood trim all nice enough...

But wait... Look at the Gun Cabinets... Now I know what the meetings will be about.

The sinister planning of Walters next down fall.

In reality however one must agree that the tasteful design has a lasting and comforting effect.

Well done Saeed Wink

As one enters our house - you can see the front door on the fifth photo behind Roy - you come into the room and you see what is on the first photo.

We have elephant tusks at either side of the entrance door, with mirrors behind them. Giving the impression that there are more than one at each side.

We also have two tusks on a platform as one goes up the stairs to the first floor. Between the tusks is a bronze statue of two cheetahs.

I will take some photos and add them later on.

As one looks through the outside windows, several of our cheetahs are house close by. And they like to have a peek into the house every now and then.

We have changed the handle on the doors to the outside, as a while back one of the cheetahs managed to open the door, and strolled into the house!

The total look of amazement on the face of the man I was sitting with was incredible. The cheetahs was behind me, and he saw it.

His eyes were locked at something behind me, and he went speechless! I did not know what was happening, then looked behind to see what was going on.

I saw the cheeths, and called him. He came to me and started to pur and lick my hand!
He then just lay down on the ground next to my feet.

Saeed,

Would love to see some pictures of your cheetahs! I worked and lived with big cats for many years. Had a similar incident when I was at a stop light, a 5 month old jaguar was laying on the front seat of my car and when we stopped he got up to look out the window and nearly gave the people next to me, at the light, a heart attack as they quickly rolled up their window.

Many years ago, Amanda Blake, who played the role of Miss Kitty on the television series Gunsmoke, lived here in Paradise Valley with her cheetahs. As she aged and her health failed she gave the cheetahs to our Phoenix Zoo, where to my knowledge their offspring still reside.

Kind regards,
Mary

Three of our babies, and the last is me and my daughter feeding Jasmin.

Hessa loves to take a hair brush and brush Jasmin. Jasmin loves it by the purring sounds she makes.

Oh Saeed, those pictures tug at my heartstrings!
Unless someone has had the privilege to co-habitate with a big cat, they cannot know how those pictures make me feel. The kitten pictures, esp. the first one, are priceless. Do young cheetas make the chirping sound like many other big cats young do?

One has not experienced cat ownership to the fullest until they have had a big cat rub against their leg and purr or huff!

Thank you so much for sharing and please feel free to PM me furthur pictures when you have time.

Kindest regards,
Mary

Saeed, your room manages to be modern, clean and spare, yet at the same time traditional and even luxurious.

I like the leather sofas, the zebra pillows and in particular the beautiful wood you chose for the tables. What kind of wood is that?

Very well done.

This is Cheeky, we brought her up since she was a tiny baby. You see her above eating a partridge she has caught herself.

She likes to suck on my thumb since she was a baby, and she still loves now too.

Saeed,

Very impressive. Really like the pillows. Looks like a matched set so the maid will know how they are supposed to go together. lol And the gun cabinet. Too cool! You'd give Cabelas a run for their money!
The ceiling? You've posted other pictures of your trophy room and I've always wondered what was in the interior of the ceiling or just how high it was.
