| On top will give you the most light.Either one will look good, tke a head and put a light around and over it in the dark and see which one YOU like the best.I have a small single track light head/high output bulb, shineing on three buck mounts and it looks reall nice. What you may not want is to much light.only you will be able to say what looks the best.I would bet that the three would work fine....Try to find a picture some where that will give you a idea also, and you can allways play with different wattage bulbs& clear or frosted, warm or cool bulbs,Picking and chooseing and planning your trophy layout display is half the fun....Good Luck! |

| Lights in between the heads may be better. The light thrown in an angle will probably give the mounts a more natural appearance. There may be to much glare from a head on light.
Congressional power is like a toddler with a hammer. There is no limit to the damage that can be done before it is taken away from them.

| Thanks for the responses. How far from the wall would you place the recessed lights?..Deer mounts are approximately 16" to 17" from back wall to center of deer skull plates.thanks again |

| i would put them strieght over or at least to the nose tip front of mount ,do you have a full sneek mount or all of them upright? You will not want it to close to wall, middle of mount would be fine. They make trims that go on the can lights that will give you 45 degree angle spotlight allso.Check those out for sure before you do anything, you may like that and need to be a little more out-say 10-12inchs from nose tip away?Lots of options.....just split the differance from the nosetip to top of head?Good luck. |
