Had some fun with the colors on this one. 23"x23" acrylic on hardboard.

Cool technique, great eye work, very nice piece! Where do you find the time?

Grafton,

Nice work. I really like your use of the less common "I am not sure about something" expression that you have given the cat, rather than the typical and all to common ears forward, staring at you expression.

Thanks everyone for the comments.

Mary, finding the time is not always easy.
I often wish I could devote more time to painting/drawing, as I enjoy it very much.

Great use of colors to make a striking impression. The look is great too. I enjoy any and all paintings of both leopards and lions, there have been several of the Zimbabwe artists paintings that I loved.

Here's one from the show in Salt Lake that I wanted to bring home so badly - knew the wife would kill me tho. It looks just like the mount we had decided on a year earlier.

I first saw the title and thought to myself, "...that would take a better man than me...". Then I thought it would probably be easier than trying to tie die one.

The painting is beautiful.
