I thought I would post my Bobcat that I killed this year in Ms. It is a male that weighed 25.6lbs and was 32.5" long from the nose to the base of the tail. Kind of a unique mount.

Well the pic worked, but how do I get rid of the red location stuff on the top of the pic?

I just copied the image data under the pic in Photo Bucket and pasted to the AR post. It came out clean.

Nice bobcats...I have tried to get myself one of the few and elusive 40# cat here in Wyoming. After three years I still haven't run across one yet! Always next year I guess. Big Grin

I saw six this year deer hunting. I also saw turkeys almost every day I was in the woods. Seems to be a healthy balance between predator and prey right now.

How big difference are there between bobcat and lynx..? A grown-up norwegian male lynx weighs appr. 50 pounds. But they`re scarce as hell.. Only 50-150 are legally shot every year.

Averge Bobcat weighs 30 -35 pounds. A big one goes 40+ pounds.

Canadian Lynx goes 35 to 40 pounds. Big one reaching 50 pounds.

Just browsing through and thought I'd post mine.
