Last summer I refinished my basement with thr Trophy room idea in mind. The basement is a walkout and has ceilings as high as 10 feet in some areas. I have been waiting for my trophies from my May 2009 Botswana hunt to come in and they are in and up!

Trophies look great - it must be nice to have a 10 foot walls in your basement.

Nice trophies and great taxidermy too! I have pretty much decided unless I ever take a Top Ten trophy I plan to do European mounts with a nice field photo; eland being a perfect example! Your beautiful mounts make it more difficult. Very nice!

I am not a fan of European mounts but I love how these turned out. I'm very happy with the work Peter did at Gameheads LTD.

This is a really, really classy looking setup, Geoff. I like the mix of trophy styles and the layout a lot.

The lighting turned out great but I must admit it was my contractors idea. He thought of use some adjustable mini spot lights so I could aim the light where I wanted it and be flexible with the mounting. There are 3 separate areas soffit areas with the directional lighting.

Very cool! That eland is huge! And your springbok is excellent as well.

Looks great. I like how you have a photo of each trophy next to it.

Same here - that was the biggest thing that added to the display outside of that superb lighting. I hate to say it Geoff, but I'm stealing that idea when my stuff gets here ~July. You really did a fine, fine job with your layout.
