I'm fitting out a new trophy room, there is plenty of space and quite a few mounts. I'll post pictures later. What I'm looking for are those ornamental things like masks, spears, bronze sculptures and the like that can add to the atmosphere, as well as some furniture to display these items. Why don't we start a thread showing what kinds of additions really finish off a good trophy room?

I've had some lamp tables and a coffee table made that doubled as taxidermy displays. The workmanship is outstanding, perfect mitered joints, beveled glass, and more. He also made a number of display shadow boxes for some of our family military uniforms.....should work for displaying other hunting curios. Here's a link to his web site. http://www.coxcustomcases.com/

Rembrandt - Thanks for the post. Nice taxidermy displays. I need glass cases for a double-banded Harlequin, a sword, and maybe even my military retirement display...great timing.

One thing I did was visit eBay and bought some small springbok hides to use on the tables in my newer trophy room. I also bought four springbok pillow covers to use on the two leather couches. The circular thingie on the coffee table is made with eight springbok backskins. My wife made seat cushions using faux zebra skin for the chairs in the dinning area (last photo). Also note the circular thingies has moved to the table, and a full, larger sprinbok hide has replaced it on the coffee table. These are old pix. The room has now been reaaranged a bit, a third end table has been added where the bear is located and the lamps on the two end tables on either side of the loveseat are made with faux deer antlers.
