I ordered some cast bullets(130gr RNGC,Lyman#287346) for my 1908 Mauser.Anyone have any loads for this? Also this will be my first time loading cast bullets,so any suggestions would be appreciated as well.Thanks!

Burke,
One of the first things you need is a cast bullet handbook. It will help with all sorts of problems.
If a caster lives close to you get their help if possible also. Make sure you bell the case necks. I like the heavier bullets in the 7x57 but make sure what size bullets you need. My 1916 needs .287 bullets to shoot good. I would try 17-20 grs of 2400, 11-14 grs of Unique or 28-33 grs of 748. You will find a load your gun likes and I'm sure others have favorite powders. Mark
