This past weekend I got to attend a get-together that saw a tremendous amount of fun,fellowship and powder burnt and lead sent downrange.
Organized on the Shooters.com Cast board I had a great time,met a fine group of shooters formerly known only by handles and posts. What a great time ! There were times when lead was flying at clay targets,times when lead was slung at bowling pins,at paper and steel. I had a great bit of fortune and won the handgun event shooting my 454 Ruger SuperRedhawk using 45 Colt ammo that turned in a 50-2x score at 50 yards...then backed
that up corraling the 100 yard scoped rifle event by borrowing a mauser in 308 win and shooting a 13/16ths group. Sometimes the stars line up and hand you a good run... Best weekend shooting I ever had...left a lot of lead in Nevada. I am sure there are others that have a few things to add so will cut this short. 45nut
