I once did a side-by-side comparison and noticed that the Lee 6 cavity handles very closely resembled the Saeco handles. On top of that, the Lee's were about half the price. I bought the Lee handles and I only had to drill out the holes a bit to get them to accept the Saeco screws. You might be able to see that I tried to drill the Lee handles below the original hole to more closely match the Saeco configuration, but they're pretty hard - or my bit was pretty dull. I gave up and just drilled out the original holes. The Lee handles - despite the modification - still handle the 6 cav. moulds just fine. I now have a set of what someone said were Saeco handles, but they have no identifying marks on them. Stan

Just tried to put a recently acquired Saeco mold on my mold handles and found they wouldn't fit. Before I go in seach of new handles, will only Saeco handles fit their molds or will Lyman or others also fit?

I fit Lyman handles to other molds by drilling more holes to line up with the pins. I don't know about Saeco blocks but if the slots are the same width as Lyman, you can do the same.
