Same bullet cast out of pure lead sized down to bore diam patched to .511" a drop of Neatsfoot oil on the patch and the edge of the paper a drop of Lee Alox ( this to renforce the patch so it will feed in the magazine) same load data.
5 Shots @ 100Y 1 3/4" no lead in barrel Vel 1940ft/s.

This was shot with a brake,I think to go to 2100 or higher one better have a rifle in the 15 pnd range.

I am amazed at the diff the slow powder makes in leading of the bore.
