Fellas, I'm now ready to get started on final plans for the first annual East Coast shoot. I'm proposing April 2,3 and 4. We'll try to follow the Winnemucca guys scedule with a Friday night rools meeting, Saturday shooting, Sunday wrap-up. My place is on the NC,SC border about an hour from either 95 or 77 in Patrick, SC. Accomodations on site are rustic but there is lodging available within 15 miles in three directions. Please get back to me if you're interested. I'm posting this here and across the river. Mike

Kelly, It looks like it might only be you and I in April. I'll try to get ahold of Puncher. Anyone Else? Mike

Fellers, It ain't that I ain't interested, just that I can't get away then. I have a good place to shoot here and plenty of space for campers/squatters/whatever and there is a very nice State Park just over the ridge and hotels 9 miles up the road. I'm also 9 miles off I-64...so gettin here is easy. I'm about 6 hours from Charlotte about that south of Cleveland, about that east of St. Louis and west of?, hell I don't know where! I tried to drum up interest in a shoot here in the past and it got about as much interest as a smokin' dog turd....as in 'watch out and don't step in it'. Good luck!

Jump, is it there just aren't that many of us on the East Coast or is it just nobody can get motivated for the drive? I never have been able to figure it out. Folks in the West seem to drive across really BIG states (or fly) to get to these things with no problems. I can't figure it out, makes no sense to me. Oldfeller
