I am pretty new to reloading and I can't find anything in my books about casted bullets. I got some 155 Gr. Laser Casts and I was wondering if anyone would ba able to tell me the Min. and Max loads for Win. 231 I'm going to be shooting them out of my S&W M&P 40 and if anyone could tell me a good load for it I would be very greatful. Well i found the answer to my own question. You can call the makers of laser cast and they will send you the loading data by fax or in the mail "Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who don't" -Thomas Jefferson Semper Fidelis | |||

S&W I have several 40's and I exclusively load jacketed bullets in them all. Same with the 9mm. You can get these bullets for not much more than cast lead, and you don't have to worry about leading, velocity or any of that stuff. I have found that 40's seem to be sensitive to bullet weight for accuracy purposes. Most of mine shoot the 180's best. Peter. Be without fear in the face of your enemies.
