I don't cast....yet, so I'm looking for a source of the 452460 style bullet. Have yet to see it available commercially. Thanks

Probably because either the hensley & Gibbs #68 or the SAECO 068 and 069 are more popular. I have molds for both the Lyman 452460 and the SAECO 068 and the SAECO out shoots the Lyman in all my .45 ACP pistols. Why that is I don't know, but that's the results I get. The 068 has a bevel base and the 069 is, as far as I can tell, an exact copy of the H&G 68. I have four accurized 45s and the 068 is definitely the superior bullet in my guns. Paul B.

Hayseed. Not hardly. The Lyman #452460 is a 200 gr. semiwadcutter designed for target shooting in the .45ACP. It does not takea gas check. Paul B.

The 452460 doesn't feed all that well in some pistols I've had. I use it for 45 Auto Rim revolver rounds and the 068 for 45 ACP.
