I'm toying with the idea of getting a Taurus .480 for my fishing companion here in Alaska. Anybody got a .475 bullet design/mold they really like? I'm looking at the heavy ones in 370-410 grains or so. Didn't see anything except a Lee mold in the Midsouth catalog. No Lyman or RCBS. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Plenty,
mountainmolds.com 1 cav $50 and up brass/alum/iron or ballisti-cast.com $100 2cav--155 4 cav (iron only) or LBT $125 2 cav-$175 4 cav (aluminum only) all have moulds for the 475cal ,Paul H is in your part of the country maybe he can help weigh in here, they all make good moulds,I have moulds from 285 KT-480 WFNGC that will fit the 480 but shipping bullets to AK would kill you ,the 460-480gr bullets can do 1000-1100 fps in the 480 Plenty of penetration, Sean
