I am considering using a 320gr .430dia bullet from Cast Performance in a muzzleloading sabot for elk. Any thoughts before I make the purchase to give them a try?

I haven't did it, but I seem to remember an article from Ross Seyfried, when he worked for Guns and Ammo, that did that. He used Harvester sabots if my memory served right. I am nor sure if he hunted elk with them but i do remember him rtalking about the splash when the flat bullet hit.
