RCBS 4 cavity moulds?

Can anyone tell me why RCBS doesn't make 4 cavity moulds? I cast 1000s of pistol boolits every year and I like to pour 4 or 6 at a time. Most of time I only have an hour or 2 to cast and want to turn out as many boolits as I can.

Even Lachmiller Engineering that RCBS bought out years ago made 3 cavity moulds.

I like some of the RCBS pistol boolit designs but don't have them because they are only double cavities.

Use 2, 2 cav. molds of the same design, I do it all the time, works real good. Fill one, set it down and fill the other, by the time the second is filled the first is ready to empty and refill, you can get a good rhythm that way and cast a lot of boolets in a couple of hours.
Myself and my wife shoot a lot of CAS, I use 2 Saeco 4 cav. 45 molds just to keep up.

Calamity Jake:

I do cast with 2 moulds quite often (different designs). Especially when I'm casting rifle boolits. Sometimes I even cast with 2 four cavity moulds. I'd like at least one of those 4 cavities to be an RCBS.

I think RCBS is missing out by not offering larger moulds. I see people snapping up H & G, Saeco and Lyman gang moulds on eBay. I'd say 1/3 of my 60+ moulds are 3 cavity or better.

Last night I cast a bunch of bullets in single cavity moulds and a bunch more in Lee 6-holers. I don't ever want to cast in a single cavity again if I can get the bullet in a multi-holer! And those 6-holers are the stuff!

I don't think Lyman makes them anymore either. Lee makes very good 6 cavity molds. But I think I would try a custom 4 cavity- You can get the design/size/weight you want that way.
