I am in need of any information any of you folks might have on Yankee Moulds. These were bronze moulds made by the Yankee Specialty Company (probably in Pennsylvania) in the 30s, 40s and probably up through the early 50s. They are mentioned In Keith's Sixguns. Philip Sharpe covers their reloading tools in his basic work. He also mentions that the reloading tool portion was sold to a W. Rohrbacher,, 851 East 6th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania. No mention is made of the mould manufacturing portion. If any of you have any references, have moulds that you can take pictures of or know of any sources pertaining to these moulds, I would appreciate access to this information. Any clue at all may help me unravel a casting mystery./beagle I can be reached at: goinsj3atgtedotnet | ||
