| Frank Star has been out of business for quite a while. However you can get a Star designed lub machine from Magma at 480-987-9704. They are @ $250.oo. They can size up to a .585.

| That was another thing I liked about the Lee sizer, the cost!

| If I was going to not load on a commercial basis and lube up just 4 or 5 hundred now & then, I'd get an RCBS I think. I have a Lyman and it leaks from the bottom. The RCBS can use Lyman dies but the ones they sell are better (also more $). Lee is great until I have to wipe off all the lube on the base before putting on the gas check. Depends on if you have lots of free time I guess. |

| I use lee push threw sizers and liquid alox I haven't use my lyman sizer in years. I lubed and sized about 6000 bullets last winter worked great. I use a 3 step process I light lube them the size them and the lube them again with the liquid alox it is fast and smiple I do up to 468 gr 45 cal bullets. I put cast checks on them during sizing.
I even taken lee sizers and polished them out sizes they don't carry but I needed. |
