Gents I'm looking to buy some 30 caliber bullet molds. The Saeco 180 FPGC, the 196 TCGC, the RCBS 30-180-FN and the Lyman #311679. There's two NEI that look good the 308-188 DD and the 308 -188 DD ogive. The NEI molds I have no problem with therir prices as I've used 4 cavity NEI's for years. I've tried most of the usual suspects and I think I can do better, any suggestions? Jim

In Richmond, I've gotten several used moulds from Bob Moates. (His shop has changed hands since then). My recommendation, obviously, is to get 2nd hand moulds for the BEST price. Past that it's academic - the difference in prices is so small.

Arkypete: Try Ebay's listings. I've seen hundreds of molds on that site. Good evening, Forrest

Ebay. You just have to be patient and watch what they want to charge you for shipping. Bought an RCBS .38 for $25 and with shipping it was around $32.

Carroll B is 100% right - you have to be patient. If you plan on spending a number of months watching you'll see a wide range of prices and conditions. Once you've seen 3 or 4 go by, set your goal (and stick with it). You WILL find one at the right price. Since you're looking for several the wait won't be that long either.
