I have a mold for a plainbase version of this bullet that drops 280 gr's. Several folks have shot them out of 45 colts and 454's, and it is a good bullet. I would expect the 300 gr gc version to be at least as good. I shot many of the 310 gr 44's out of my 44, and it was a good bullet.

beardog Been messing with this 300gr WFN GC Lee Bullet since just before Deer season- in both .45 LC Rifle/454 Casull. All though I didn't get a chance to use it. Its been working well in my Win 94 getting about 2' groups at 100 Yds with it. I haven't shot enough out of the 454 SRH to give a good accounting on how well it works. Most of the shots so far have been without GC's Just started loading it GC'd recently so I'm hoping this will improve accuracy.
