If your question is about Lube Minimizng Smoke, I tested some lubes but I got not enough good results under smoking point of view. If these not enough sucessfull results are interesting for the Group, please let me know to write it in the Forum. Next lubes to be tested : -Chargar and Calamity Jake recipes. -Lyman Orange recommended by Paul Brasky. -C.E Harris recipe modified. -Couple of recipes(Based on Paco Kellys notes). Rounds with these lubes are ready to shoot but weather was not in adequated condition. Please, consider I am trying to find out which produce the least smoke. All of them must be excellent for accuracy, low leading, etc. Doubt: -Felix lube recommended by Calamity Jake, Lewis Golstein, Castpics web site. Everybody agree it is an excellent lube but I could not find anything about smoking level expected. I leave it for the end because I have to buy most of the components. I hope this status answer you question. BA Shooter

DJ, I'm [ass][u][me]ing your are refering to the big melt of Felix World Famous Lube, are you not? Well, It's finally cooled down right tolerable here in Green Country after a cupple months of hunerts every day - and it's NOT a dry heat, either. Felix and I will be getting together shortly to do another WW melt in the MOAS (pics on castpics) and during the cooldown is when we are going to make the big lube melt. Other than that I would defer to the esteemd Mr. Felix! btw, I've got a hunert pounds of beeswax out in the barn (what Felix delivered awhile back), just waitin' for the big day. sundog [ 09-08-2003, 03:54: Message edited by: sundog ]
