I have a lee. The top edge of the single grease groove is just a fraction below where the bullet should crimp. Bit of a pain. If I crimp into it, the cartridge is too long for my 1892.

This is basically a 10mm. Any good ones out there?

I have two 38-40 moulds. The Lyman 40143 is only suitable for black powder. There is no crimp groove so you have to crimp on the curved portion of the bullet ahead of the lube grooves. Makes for a short bullet, but if you use smokeless, the bullet will easily push down into the case.

I also have a Lyman 401452 mould that is great for smokeless powder. It has a crimping groove. It is a semi-wadcutter, with a wide flat on the front. It also makes it longer than the stock cartridge. I don't know if it will cause a problem with your gun. It doesn't with mine, but I don't have an 1892.
