I have been playing with a new toy at work. I tried it out on a sample of wheelweights and the composition of them is pretty cluttered.

Na .0776%
Al .0539%
P .0094%
S .0069%
K .0312%
Cr .0442%
Fe .5955%
Ni .0246%
Cu .0534%
As .2723%
Br .031 %
Sn .3751%
Sb 4.2431%
Pb 94.1818%

There were also very low levels of Ag Pt and Re.
This sample was from a very large 700 pound plus blended melt of modern wheelweights. I usually add 1 % Sn to my blends to get a better fill out with some of my moulds. Note the As level I gues the used shot from the trap ranges has to go somewhere.

Air cooled the hardness runs around 12 and water dropped about 19 Oven treating gets them up to 24. With proper lube they give no leading problems.
