Steve, take a look at the data on castpics. http://www.castpics.net/RandD/load_data/load_data.htm The surp WC844 I have is close to H335. I use FWFL exclusively and do NOT have any leading problems in anything. When I was working up the data for 844 in 30-30 I backed way off, worked up and past where the group size shrank to smallest then started to enlarge and then backed off the to the small group size. As an aside, you need to try some of those itty bitty Lee 113 'soup cans' with a charge of Unique, Herco, Red Dot, etc. Lot's of fun for short range plinkering! sundog

I've found that Liquid Alox, however easy it is to use, starts leading my two M94 30-30 barrels at 1700 fps using my wheelweight alloy. Both barrels are also sensitive to leading, i.e., group sizes suddenly double and triple. I say drop that H335 load 2 grs and try 50:50 Alox. With the 311041, my rifles like H4895 and Varget for 1600 - 1700 fps loads and Varget for 1700 - 1900 fps loads.
