Now that's a "Gang Mold" IF there ever was one.

What's the markings on it?

Kinda resembles grandpa's sinker molds he made.

This looks like a mould for paper patch bullets.

A few years ago I bought several Hensly + Gibbs moulds from an AR member here before he passed but can't recall his name. I have so many moulds I would have to hunt but the one that comes to mind is a multiple cavity (12-16) in 38/220 for the original 38 S+W.

Nice.

One can cast a lot of bullets with a mold that size.
