My neighbor had a cottonless cottonwood tree that was ugly and useless. Looked like a telephone pole with a limb every now and then--produced no shade. It was maybe 50 feet tall. She paid my grandson to cut it down and planted a live oak tree (those not familar--a live oak doesnt shed it's leaves at one time and stays green all year). The limbs on the live oak were all sticking straight up, so I drilled a hole in a bunch of ingots and tied them on the limbs to get them to spread out. Looks like a tree with an ingot crop. | ||
