The Lee dipper is ambidextrous and they only cost a few dollars. You may want to check it out sometime.

Do you use two moulds at the same time?

On the water cooling, I just drop the bullets into a small bucket of water from the mould. I don't understand what you mean by "water on the sprue" method. Could you please describe this method?
