My sister is bi-polar and it was hard growing up around her. Finaly she has accepted some responsibility for her actions and has decided to take the meds she needs. When she graduated from Hi-school she was going to be a RN. She is finally finishing her Nursing school @ 54 years old. This is a very hard disease to deal with. Use the reward system with him and it may work. Every person who is bi-polar is different. Most won't stay on the meds that might help them. I wish you luck. It sounds like he has lots of issues to deal with and it is unfortunate you and your wife are the ones that have to deal with the problem. I hope this all works out for the best. Mark
