Fall East Coast Gun Show Shoot

On October 4th you would get up early and drive to Fayetteville NC intending to show up at the Charlie Rose Expo Center around 10:00 AM so you can spend the morning at the Dixie Gun and Knife show. You leave the show and go eat lunch at one of the local eateries (if we can coordinate it, we could eat at the same place). At 1:00 PM we would meet at a local 100 yard range where you would shoot your favorite guns until closing time (when it gets dark, generally). We would include a 10 shot target for both Open Site and Scoped for best group size and some 25 yard pistol events. The Rools Committee would meet during lunch right before we started shooting.

For those from out of town who wanted to tour all the local gun shops, I would lead a string of cars around starting at about 4:30 PM which would run until the shops started to close around 9:00 PM or until you got tired and wanted to start your drive home. (There are a LOT of gun shops in Fayetteville, NC with it being a military town and all).

Notice this is an intense one-day from dawn until late kind of event. You would be driving, shopping or shooting the whole day long. It is the kind of thing that could wind up with you dragging home a long package or two, so start saving up some coins if you intend to go serious shopping. You could bring your wife on this sort of trip, you would just run her legs off a little bit doing it.

If you are interested, log in a post below so we can see what we are planning for.

Also, if you want a jug of powder and can't seem to get up to the case quantity amounts, we can combine all those partial orders when doing a shoot to get the case prices. Then we just bring the powder to the range and you come and pick it up. That way you get exactly what you wanted without having to "whole case lot" it by yourself.

This info is listed at http://www.iidbs.com/hitech
