Anybody got a good reduced load for either the RCBS or SAEcO 145gr bullet that would be OK for IHMSA standing discipline. ( 200 metres)??
I use full-bore loads for production, but don't feel like holding onto that load for a 60 shot match. Any suggestions of loads gratefully accepted.

I used a load of 16.0 grains of H110 in a Winchester case with WSR primers and a Lyman 160 cast bullet. It was accurate and hit our steel with enough authority that there was no guessin when you connected!
