Bruce...most of the cameras come with a whole bunch of software for various thing including downloading the pictures from camera to pc. My camera has a flashcard (little memory card about 1 1/2 inchs square by about 1/8 inch thick) and my pictures go onto this while in the camera. Then I merely remove the flashcard and shove it in my HP Printer which is a Photomat model that is equiped especially to print pictures thus it has slots for the flashcards. Okay once you get them into the pc you have to get them on a free picture website. After you've done that you find the url (address) of the picture and when you are posting here you'll notice at the bottom of the page posting here that there are options one being images. Well you copy that url for the picture, then click the image button, and a little window pops ups, and you paste the url in it then click ok and it's in your posting.
