fourarmedHHI, Leadhead makes a 265 gr. round flat nose GC bullet. It is reputed to shoot well in the 14" twist of a FA revolver. Doesn't shoot very well in the 18" twist of my Dan Wesson. RCBS makes a 300 grain CAS bullet meant for the .40-65 that drops at about .411.

7brI have an LBT lfn mould which throws a 315gr bullet. In order to get it to work in my Dan Wesson, I had to trim the brass a little short. Can't remember with 100 percent certainity, but 1.23" seems to stick in my mind. I really haven't had any chance to play with it. Seems like I was haveing so-so accuracy out to about 50 yards. I have heard that at longer distances with slow twist barrels, the stablization goes to pot. If you are interesed, I could send some to you if you are willing to pickup the postage.
Below is a link to the IHMSA chat, navigate to the bigbore loads and there is a thread on heavy .41 bullets. The loads are mainly for Freedom arms revolvers.
