Is it true that large hogs such as yours are not pleasant to eat? I have been told that, and because of that information, have only shot medium sows...maybe up to 200 pounds, since it is the meat I want to enjoy, not only the hunt.

It depends on the feeding for example the large boar that lives in coastal areas dont have good meat because they eats fish but in most rural areas the meat is very good ,of course the taste of the yougs is always better and the meat more tender .Juan

Good lord, that hog is huge! Don't think I'd want to knife hunt in your neighborhood, Juan.

I'd hate to know I was the poor individual designated to clean that one.

The Hunt goes on forever, the season never ends.

I didn't learn this by reading about it or seeing it on TV. I learned it by doing it.
