I have a friend at Church who has a hog problem. Naturally as a member of AR, I would like to ease his pain. He has about 100 acres and a lot of sign. Rooting in his pasture and droppings all around. This is my first attempted at hog hunting and I have a couple of questions. Plan on using my 35 Remmy xp100. Will a 150 gr Remmington factory ammo do the job? Would rather use handloads but this is all I have. Would also like input on pig pipe baiting. Any other advice on proper baiting or hunting tactics would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any and all input.
Safe Shooting,
Doug

We mix up jello powder with our bait, usually soured corn.

I'm sure you will have no problems with your 35 Rem if you put the 150 grainers in the boiler room or head.
