Ok, got the sour mash going.
NO Big Red, but the I am using Strawberry jello right now and yeast (I'll save the beer to go with the hog on BBQ day).

I saw Kool Aide and thought jello . . . oops.

Kinda cool here this week, so it may take a day or three to get the sour mash "right".

Back in the holler where these baits are, if some of the older local folks get a sniff they are likely to think someone is "back in the business"!!!!
