You have probably seen the pic I'm looking for.

I first saw it in the North American Hunting Club magazine, several years ago, and several times on the 'net since.

The pic is of a LARGE black & white hog, facing to the right, toward a smallish 8-point or so buck deer. The background looks like it may be south Texas.

I need to find this pic to send a copy to a buddy of mine.

All help greatly appreciated!!

wingnut--the photographer's name is Mike Biggs I think, but don't hold me to that.

I know the pic well, but haven't been able to find the image anywhere.

Had to do a LOT of digging through my storage shed, but I KNEW I had saved that article!!

North American Hunter Magazine, September/October 1993 issue.

The article is titled "Hunting the Poor Man's Grizzly", by Larry Weishuhn.. The pic is on page 70.

I had forgotten that picture. Lots of farm raised and released pork there. Most probably escaped. But a little over ten years ago my BIL sold his hog operation and went to row crops. The hog market was so bad due to the corporate farms and other things that it cost more to haul them to market than he had in them. I can see where some folks might, in desperation, open the gates. But it was a terrible and costly mistake. Packy
