Whitworth, this was south east of Dilley, Texas down Interstate 35 south of San Antonio. That makes about 122 hogs our group has taken this year. I work for a company with 280 employees and have several contractors that work on our buildings. We provide meat to our employees and the crews that do a good job for us. It is not a problem getting rid of the meat. I am not one to shoot an animal just for the sake of killing it. Even though the pig population is a problem for this area and many people shoot them and let them lay, we find an appreciated home for all the meat.
