What's cookin, Jeffe?
Thanks for asking ..

Tomorrow, my favorite niece and 4 of my grand kids are coming over for poppa to make them BBQ..

yeah, it's not REAL bbq, just grilling

yellow squash brushed with crush garlic, white pepper and butter ... grilled to good char marks

"assorted center cut pork chops, bone in" .. this is THE best value in all of walmart ...

about 16 of them stuffed into zipper lock bags, floating in zesty italian sauce ... finished medium

baked "crunchy spicy" tater tots, with wolf brand turkey chilli and shredded cheese

blue bell homemade vanilla ice cream and "cupcake" shell on it for the kids...

homemade beer and wine for the adults ...

swimming down at the lake an hour later...

I am so glad you are waiting an hour before going swimming. When we were kids we would literally set and watch the clock so that hour would go by so slow. That is some vittles.

I never could figure this out, then when I was talking to a guy once at a social function who happened to be a pool manager for a moderate sized city I asked him about it, and his reply was that it wasn't about cramps but to make sure all the kids went to the bathroom instead of peeing in the pool.

for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside

LOL! That's funny! But the reason adults always offered was to prevent cramping!
