I have a red light that fits on my scope via a flex hookup. Uses a 12v rechargeable battery. I walk the ranch roads at night stalking, and carry the battery in an Army 2-qt canteen pouch. The light turns on/off by a rocker switch that is attached to the fore end via velcro. Works great up to about 50 yds, although advertised to be good much farther. Hogs eyes just aren't as reflective as the other varmints. You can find the lights in Cabelas and Bass Pro catalogs.
