| Guys, the best low light front sight material is pure copper. Unless you have tried it there is no way you can appreciate the way it glows. Keep it shiny by rubbing your thumb on it. It is many times better than silver or anything else.

| The front blade sight on all my hunting rifles is made from an old copper penny. Josh is right. You won't believe how it shows up, especially in moonlight. I have shot coyotes using one at 10 at night using moonlight. If you can see the animal, there will be enough light to see the copper sight. |
